REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: • 3+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience with complex industrial equipment. • Recognized certifications (e.g., Journeyman Electrician, ISA, SME CMRT) or OEM‑specific training. • Availability for overtime, weekend, or on‑call work; occasional travel. • Strong communication skills both written and orally. • Demonstrated ability to program, troubleshoot, or at minimum navigate Allen‑Bradley PLCs and related automation hardware. • Extensive experience in mechanical systems, quality testing, or engineering support roles. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining complex mechanical and testing equipment. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality tools, and laboratory techniques. • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting mechanical data, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions. • Ability to write clear, concise reports and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. • Commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
