Seasonal Maintenance Technician

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Technical Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for performing basic building maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing minor damages, and conducting routine maintenance. Responsibilities • Maintenance and Repair: Perform basic building maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, repairing minor damages, and conducting routine maintenance. • Supply Delivery: Deliver supplies and materials to and from tax office locations in a timely and organized manner. • Setup and Closing: Support the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, including setting up the office according to the planogram and ensuring overall brand standards. • IT Support: Set up, shut down, and provide ongoing support for PC hardware across multiple office locations. • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of district resources, track hot spare computer equipment, and document hardware problems.

Maintenance Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervision and direction to our Engineering Technicians, performing safety inspections, and maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations. You will also partner with our Engineering Manager and/or Assistant Manager to develop and implement efficient maintenance strategies.
