Mechanical Project Manager

Summary: We are representing a reputable HVAC Contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in estimating, design, and management of commercial HVAC projects ranging from $50,000 to over $25 million. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to develop client relationships, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: • Manage all project phases, from initial sales to final execution, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Develop and maintain client relationships, and provide leadership during client meetings. • Perform project management functions, including concept engineering, estimating, and proposal creation. • Coordinate field labor and installation scheduling in collaboration with field leadership. • Track project budgets, forecasts, and costs to maintain financial control. • Prepare and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation. • Lead pre-construction meetings and ensure effective communication with internal departments. • Act as a mentor to junior staff and participate in recruiting and training initiatives. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, or management of HVAC projects. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high ethical standards. • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management. • Strong organizational skills and project management abilities. • Knowledge of project management software such as Procore, BIM 360, and Con Docs is a plus. • Valid Class C driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
