Sr. Mechanical Engineer

They provide technical support, lead preventative/predictive maintenance planning, and act as the liaison for system startups and contractor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions. Maintain machine documentation (schematics, manuals, PI&D). Source and recommend spare parts; manage work orders in D365. Coordinate overhauls and downtime repairs with cross-functional teams. Drive process improvements, CI initiatives, GMP, and 5S. Train technicians and support safety/environmental programs. Define engineering specs, validate new equipment/processes. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to reduce downtime. Conduct BDA/RCA and support Lean Manufacturing practices. Manage capital projects from design to implementation. Improve MTBF and MTTR metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in high-speed manufacturing, dairy processing, and packaging. Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred. skills/qualifications required: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related field. High speed manufacturing, dairy processing, and packaging. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt accreditation a plus. working conditions: Sitting/Standing/Walking: Stands, walks, and sits during completion of job responsibilities. Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system. Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system. Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming products in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Mechanical (MEP) Project Manager II - Goodyear, AZ

In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects as you develop your skills in estimating, financials, and project management within the design-build construction process. As a Project Manager you will be working on a project site. We currently have projects in Chandler, Goodyear, and the Northern Phoenix Valley What youll do: Provide oversight to a single large project or multipleMechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)construction projects which includespersonnel management, contract compliance, project planning and scheduling, reports, cash flow, materials management, safety, job cost and profitability, managing trades and impact of changes in work. Partner with and form strong working relationships with the field craftspeople and supervision, project team, general contractor, other subcontractors, and the client. Utilize LEAN principles and have a keen understanding of what the owner wants to deliver value. Play a key role in managing the financials and making sure the project remains profitable.
