We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in either our Oklahoma City, OK or Rogers, AR office. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer you lead projects as a project manager or lead engineer for the delivery of large and highly complex projects with minimal support required from senior staff. They will work closely with a team of engineers and consultants to provide project direction, engineering solutions, and advice to clients to ensure positive outcomes. Primary responsibilities will include project management, engineering analysis, design, design, and implementation oversight of mechanical systems for the vertical building industry. Additional responsibilities will include working within the project's monetary budget, leading and mentoring efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. Some key duties and responsibilities include: • Lead design efforts for the analysis of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems. Utilize engineering software and tools to create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations according to code requirements and IMEG standards; • Performs site assessments and generates detailed analysis and technical reports; • Interact with clients to understand their needs, gather project requirements, and communicate technical information effectively.
