Our Engineers are able to detail and prepare drawings, bill of materials and manuals. We work as a team and always look for improvements in machine design, safety design and conceptual ideas. We like to take on projects that no one else will and we do it successfully. • Interpret work orders and other applicable documents to create designs. • Designs are required to meet customer specifications and release dates. • Designs new parts and assemblies to be cost effective and comply with manufacturing capabilities. • Effectively communicate with other departments and vendors for project requirements. • Follow standards for quality, safety, reliability and cost. • Prepare assembly and detail drawings and Bill of Materials and publish to drawing library. • Able to create indented bill of materials and verify accuracy. • Enter new parts into ERP. • Refer and design to SOP and work instructions. • Perform value engineering - creating or modifying machine designs. • Revise model per redline.
