Maintenance Engineer

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Performs routine and preventive maintenance to guest rooms, interior and exterior needs of the facility and to all mechanical equipment. REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor and Chief Engineer MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Able to climb ladders. Able to lift at least 50 pounds Demonstrate good eye hand coordination. Demonstrate the ability to walk and stand for extended times. Prior Basic painting & drywall experience Prior customer service experience RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: • Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists • Install electrical wiring and devises • Performs preventive maintenance on equipment • Performs painting and drywall repair throughout the building • Responds to emergency maintenance requests as needed • Assists with renovation and remodeling of facilities • Basic plumbing repairs to toilets and faucets as needed • Maintains records of scheduled maintenance records • Properly communicates daily with internal departments • Responds to Front Office and Housekeeping requests in a timely manner • Provides team members and members of management updates on varying projects • Keeps mindful of costs when performing duties • Maintains a well-organized work station and environment • Does not enter guest rooms without checking first of vacancy status • Maintain ongoing knowledge of all chemicals used, SSDS procedures • Practice and execute Lock-Out Tag-Out • Practice and execute Compass Points daily • Responsible for all hotel and company tools - ensuring good wear and replacement, returning back to its place of origin when not in use. Manufacturing Engineer, McAlester OK

JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Manufacturing Engineer, by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, will play a crucial role in driving the success of new and ongoing projects. With a keen eye for detail, the engineer will meticulously oversee manufacturing processes and documentation to uphold processes and efficiency. Thus, ensuring adherence to specified timelines and budgetary constraints and facilitate seamless procurement of parts and raw materials. Moreover, the engineer will be entrusted with the critical task of ensuring clarity and comprehensibility of all shop floor personnel documentation, enabling flawless fabrication of parts and assembly completion in alignment with established requirements. This on-site position reports directly to the Engineering Manager. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Collaborate with teams in design, production, and quality assurance to devise and execute manufacturing processes aligned with quality, cost, and delivery objectives. • Innovate, design, and implement manufacturing methodologies and systems, encompassing process flow, assembly techniques, and production fixtures/tools. • Evaluate existing manufacturing methods to identify opportunities such as cycle time reduction, cost efficiency, and waste minimization. • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, cost assessments, risk evaluations, and provide information to contribute to decision making related to manufacturing processes and technologies. • Participate actively in the selection and procurement of machinery, equipment, and materials to support manufacturing operations. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing specifications. • Provide technical guidance to production teams, assisting in issue resolution, problem-solving, and efficiency optimization. • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards across all manufacturing activities. • Supervise and address daily technical challenges associated with assigned projects. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing engineering. • All other duties assigned. MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Proven track record in a manufacturing engineering capacity, ideally within a dynamic manufacturing environment. • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques, and methodologies, spanning machining, assembly, and fabrication. • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks) • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a knack for dissecting complex technical challenges. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams. • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and product excellence. • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated familiarity with engineering standards and their effective application. • Must be a US citizen. REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field. • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field. • Five (5) years of experience using SolidWorks with the ability to develop manufacturing drawings in accordance with American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards. • Proficient in tooling and system design with demonstrated experience. PREFERRED: • Minimum four (4) years’ experience in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field. • Familiarity with a wide range of manufacturing tools and procedures. • Proficient in utilizing Costpoint with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience. • Department of Defense (DoD) related experience. Process Engineer

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Process Engineer for a 1st shift opening with a manufacturing company located near College Station, TX. Responsibilities: Collaborate with plant production and quality assurance teams to optimize processes, maximize machine performance, prioritize safety, and ensure consistent product quality. Champion the development and implementation of SPC systems. Evaluate and introduce new materials in collaboration with Engineering & Technical Services (E&TS). Develop and continually update preventative maintenance plans for molds and injection molding machines, working closely with E&TS and machine suppliers. Drive continuous improvement in existing operations, identifying opportunities for product and process optimization. Be a go-to resource for mold and equipment troubleshooting and repairs. Provide ongoing technical support to plant operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, maximizing productivity and quality, and meeting delivery targets.
