Senior Maintenance Technician - Fort Smith Area

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Smith, Arkansas. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for completing work order service requests, performing minor repairs and maintenance, and supporting other maintenance technicians in the region. **Responsibilities:** • Utilize broad skills in various trades to complete minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building repairs and preventative maintenance • Perform building and equipment repair, and project work relating to store sales initiatives • Complete electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, including lamp changing, ballast replacement, faucet and hand sprayer repair, and filter changes • Conduct basic understanding of commercial equipment operation and maintenance procedures • Perform minor switch and element replacement, as well as basic building repairs such as painting, wall repair, and minor carpentry • Remain flexible in work scheduling to meet changing store objectives • Perform other duties as required • *Qualifications:** • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar maintenance or repair role • High School Diploma or equivalent • Good driving record • Self-motivated, driven, honest, and dependable • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders and work at high elevations • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends • *Benefits:** • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401K Retirement planning with Company Match • Short-Term Disability Insurance • Paid Vacations • Product discounts and more
