Title Journeyman - Mechanical Engineer Reports To Assistant Critical Facilities Manager The Job The Journeyman Mechanical Engineer should be a Plumber, Steamfitter, Pipe Fitter, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Fitter or Pipe Fitter Welder who has been engaged at the trade for at least seven (7) years. The Journeyman will be responsible for performing journey-level mechanical duties in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of gasoline, diesel, battery, and electric equipment. Responsibilities • Break-fix of all Electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, Hydronics, Appliances, Rollup doors, dock locks, air compressors, etc.) • Spill and Leak Detection system inspections/repairs • Hydronic rack cooling (Deschutes) maintenance and commissioning • PMs on HVAC and Hydronic systems (Pumps, Strainers, Cooling Towers, etc.) • Team scheduling and material requisition • Contribute to site failure reporting (Equipment Status Log) • Mechanical project support • Clean In Place on heat exchangers • Chiller tube inspections and cleaning • Site plumbing maintenance/repair • Eyewash stations/Shower maintenance • Forklift maintenance • Gas valve PMs • Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/ teammates and leaders across the organization • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications • At least seven (7) years of experience in the trade, required • Formal training in approved vocational schools in the fundamentals of the trade, required • Prior military or technical school training, preferred • Willingness and ability to follow guidance from other staff members and management is required. • Basic understanding of email and office software required • A positive and professional attitudeis always required, with a highattention to detail is required. • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and in a team environment required. • Experienced inoperatinga variety of equipment, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and small hand tools required. Location Muskogee, OK - On Site Travel Minimal travel between data centers may be required as needed. Work Environment This job operates in a data center, office, and shop environment. This role routinely uses standard maintenance equipment, including ladders, scissor lifts, forklifts, power tools, and voltmeters. While performing these duties, the employee will be exposed to hot and cold environments. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds. Maintenance Supervisor — Mechanical Location: Little Rock, Arkansas (On-Site) Job Type: Full-time, Rotating Shifts Industry: Industrial Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of millwrights and technicians in an industrial manufacturing facility. This role oversees daily repair, installation, troubleshooting, reliability planning, and safety compliance related to plant equipment. The Supervisor will work hands-on with mechanical systems and coordinate activities related to maintenance, safety procedures, spare part planning, and equipment upgrades. Responsibilities • Lead, supervise, and train millwrights on mechanical maintenance tasks. • Perform routine inspections and plan corrective and preventive maintenance activities. • Coordinate breakdown planning, job execution, spare part availability, and tool control. • Implement Lockout/Tagout, Job Safety Analysis, OSHA standards, and safe work practices. • Prepare breakdown reports and suggest modifications to reduce downtime. • Review machine drawings and ensure availability of tools, spares, PPE, and documentation. • Coordinate with production supervisors to maintain machinery uptime. • Conduct toolbox meetings, assign maintenance tasks, and ensure quality workmanship. • Support project upgrades to improve process efficiency and equipment reliability. • Use ERP or SAP for maintenance tracking, spare planning, and reporting. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory) • Minimum 4 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience • Supervisory experience with millwrights or technicians • Strong knowledge of safety compliance (OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, etc.) • Experience with mechanical troubleshooting, equipment installation, and preventive maintenance Preferred Skills • Experience in heavy manufacturing such as metals, steel, machinery, or fabrication. • Working knowledge of pumps, conveyors, motors, rotating equipment, and HVAC systems. • ERP or SAP experience in maintenance operations.
