TLM Quality Technician – 2nd Shift Positions Available: 2 Pay Rate: $24 – $26 per hour (DOE) About the Role We are seeking experienced TLM Quality Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will ensure equipment is delivered on time and meets operational and quality standards. You will play a key part in improving equipment reliability, asset utilization, and overall service efficiency for our product lines. Key Responsibilities • Assist Equipment Readiness Lead and Engineer with preparation of equipment for jobs. • Execute work orders for noninvasive maintenance and final preparation of surface and downhole equipment. • Verify equipment certifications and calibrations. • Perform or assist in final function testing, including calibration, inspection, certification, and verification (such as pressure tests and metrological inspections). • Accurately complete work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System, ensuring data integrity and compliance with standard work. • Organize and prepare documentation for calibrations, function tests, material certifications, inspections, and third-party quality control as needed. • Prepare equipment and critical spares for shipment and staging. • Load equipment onto trucks when required. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and asset utilization. • Adhere to all Technology Lifecycle Management standards and competency requirements. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of quality or mechanical experience required. • Experience with equipment inspection, calibration, and quality documentation. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Willingness to adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
