Basic Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a facilities professional • 2+ years of experience in an assigned field, including high voltage power, mechanical systems, fire protection, or construction • Experience with the implementation or execution of design documents • Ability to evaluate conditions and draft engineering memos that provide sound engineering guidance consistent with industry best practices and all federal, state, and local codes • Ability to review and perform engineering calculations • TS / SCI clearance with polygraph • HS diploma or GED Additional Qualifications: • Experience managing project design or construction efforts, including scheduling, funding, and day-to-day project oversight • Experience with MAXIMO • Experience with new and existing building systems, site surveys, and calculations • Knowledge of the ASHRAE standards, International Building Code, and pertinent NFPA publications related to mechanical systems • Knowledge of CAD systems, AutoCAD, or Revit • Ability to oversee and coordinate activities with the trade shops, including prioritization of work, review of ongoing projects, and inspection of installed equipment Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
