Key Responsibilities: • Conduct maintenance, Changeover, repair, and mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production machinery, including injection molding and extrusion equipment. • Handle electrical systems ranging from 24V to 480V. • Perform preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and facility systems according to established schedules. • Diagnose and repair issues with auxiliary equipment such as dryers, chillers, grinders, and temperature controllers. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and machine performance. • Assist in machine setup, installation, and modification of production lines or equipment. • Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend improvements. • Respond promptly to production downtime or maintenance requests to minimize disruption. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and OSHA regulations. • Work with vendors or outside contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades as needed. • Keep maintenance work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
