Duties • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet production goals while adhering to quality standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the assembly line and overall production workflow. • Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and implement corrective actions. • Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and reduce waste. • Program and maintain robotic systems used in the manufacturing process. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards throughout all manufacturing processes. • Provide technical support for CNC machinery and other industrial equipment. • Maintain documentation related to process changes, engineering specifications, and production metrics. Skills • Proficient in ISO 9001 standards and their application within a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques and their implementation on the factory floor. • Experience with assembly line operations and optimization strategies. • Familiarity with robot programming and automation technologies. • Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment effectively. • Understanding of logic controllers used in manufacturing processes. • Proficient in CNC programming and operation within a manufacturing facility. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
