Your Job DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a proactive Mechanical Superintendent to lead the installation of racking and modules across multiple utility-scale solar projects nationwide. What You Will Do • Lead and mentor the mechanical self-perform team, including general foremen and foremen, to ensure safe, high-quality racking and module installation. • Develop and coach team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of collaboration and accountability. • Coordinate tools, equipment, and procurement with internal teams to support efficient project execution. • Develop and communicate a comprehensive 3 week look ahead for Mechanical disciplines on the project • Maintain schedules, track progress, and implement process improvements to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and operational standards. • Travel to multiple project sites nationwide, building strong relationships with your team and contributing to DEPCOM's culture of excellence and innovation. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) • Experience with pile driving, racking installation, and module installation • Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications • Experience leading or managing a team • Valid driver's license What Will Put You Ahead • Ability to operate equipment when necessary • Racking systems such as GameChange, ATI, and NextTracker • Experience with procurement and labor management tools For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $135,000 per year.
