Electro-Mechanical Technician -- Norfolk, NE

We are looking for a technical professional that wants to build and grow our customer base. You'll be working with a driven team of experts who are making a positive impact, getting results, and doing it within a culture focused on teamwork. The Electro-Mechanical Technician will inspect and repair various types of rotating equipment, such as Electric Motors, Pumps, Gearboxes, and Generators. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve are a must. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. Primary Responsibilities: • Primary responsibility will be the disassembly, inspection, repair, & assembly of rotating equipment. • Work hours are day shift with some potential overtime. • Become a craftsman of a unique trade. Maintance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through proactive maintenance and repairs. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all residents, staff and visitors.
