Assembly and Machining Specialist

Job Title: System Technician About the Role We are seeking a skilled Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our assembly and machining department, you will be responsible for assembling and testing metal products, including sprinkler frames. Key Responsibilities: • Operate automated assembly and C.N.C machining equipment according to supervisor's direction. • Rotate throughout the assembly and C.N.C machining process and assist each member of the cell when needed. • Perform all aspects of the cell, including maintenance, to optimize and maintain optimum production. • Handle and pull materials necessary for the cell. • Test sprinklers according to approval laboratory guidelines. • Set up, adjust, and qualify C.N.C equipment and perform all aspects. • Inspect and package sprinklers to Viking quality standards. • Complete all necessary documents for both the Quality system and for production planning. • Disassemble sprinklers and its components for salvage of parts. • Identify scrap and salvage and record such for inventory purposes. • Clean and maintain cell on a daily basis. Requirements: • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
