Example of some of the work we do: https://greenlivingmag.com/patagonia-spearheads-wetsuit-circularity/ Key Responsibilities Depending on the role level, duties may include: • Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on pyrolysis reactors, conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment to minimize downtime and ensure efficient rCB production. • Diagnose and repair electrical controls (PLC systems, sensors, wiring) in high-temperature, high-pressure settings. • Maintain mechanical components (bearings, gears, fluid systems), applying knowledge of pressure effects on fluid flows in pumping during gas condensation and oil recovery. • Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) with operations teams, troubleshooting to optimize syngas and rCB yields. • Perform millwrighting tasks like alignment, fabrication, and installation in tire processing and finishing lines. • Document activities, manage parts inventory, and support continuous improvements via teamwork and communication. • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, handling byproducts like tire-derived oil. • Cross-training across the entire production process • All other duties as assigned.
