What You'll Do • Develops and optimizes continuous production and manufacturing processes to achieve the output, quality, and cost goals of the organization. • Collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes. • Collects production data and applies standard scientific and statistical methods to analyze, document, and diagram production processes. • Identifies process bottlenecks and devises solutions to resolve. • Recommends changes or upgrades to equipment, continuous improvement, including throughput, cycle time, material utilization improvement, work methods, or other aspects of the process to improve efficiency and utilization of resources, including labor, energy and raw materials. • May act as a knowledge resource and guide for less experienced engineers. • May work on processes for new or more complex products. Mechanical/Manufacturing/ Project Engineer (Magnetics)

Title: Mechanical/Manufacturing/ Project Engineer (Magnetics) Duration: 6-8 months Location: Stillwater OK (Onsite + Travel) Start: 8/11 Duties/Scope: Mechanical/Mfg Engineer/ Project Engineer Company has equipment in the last phase of the manufacturing process that has diamond saws that grind down their parts to different sizes. The smallest being ½ mm. They need someone that has either magnet or ceramics grinding experience to help choose equipment, help to make things more efficient, oversee the installation of equipment, help train on it. Need someone that’s well versed in machining Needs someone that has magnet experience (ceramics is a tradeoff) Needs someone that has experience with highspeed machines NiCuNi (Nickel-Copper-Nickel) Coating: • Purpose: Corrosion protection, particularly for magnets. • Application: Involves electroplating the magnet with nickel, then copper, then nickel again. • Corrosion Resistance: Provides good protection against moisture and oxygen, and some resistance to salt and acidic conditions. • Adhesion: Known for good adhesion to metal surfaces. • Other Uses: Can be used on a variety of metal surfaces for corrosion resistance.
