Senior Mechanical Engineer - Wind Turbine Load Carrying Structures (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS: • Support in the definition of the concept, detailed design and continuous improvements for the Load Carrying and Enclosure (LCE) sub-components: machinery frames and fiber enclosure parts • Participation in cross functional project meetings representing the LCE system • Gather information related to the LCE components through the whole Wind Turbine life cycle • Collaborate in the LCE system DFMEA, as well as coordination of the identified actions • Participate on the definition of the LCE validation plan • Support RCA (Root Case Analysis) for field investigations related to the LCE system YOUR PROFILE: • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable university degree • Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across different teams. Project management experience is an advantage. • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the wind energy sector, being a plus if specifically related to load carrying structures (e.g casting, forged, welding, bolting, and fiber components) • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • DFMEA development expertise, with a structured approach to risk assessment and mitigation will be positively considered • Experience in TeamCenter is a plus. • Availability to travel. Senior Mechanical Systems Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Systems Developer to join our team at All Pro Recruiting LLC. This is an excellent opportunity to work on developing new production equipment and prototypes, improving existing mechanical systems, designing and testing new mechanical systems, and developing various automated systems. Main Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and devices for custom-built and procured production equipment and automation. • Preparing appropriation requests with cost estimates, developing a project schedule, and maintaining project budget. • Creating and maintaining mechanical design documentation, including assembly and detail drawings. Drawings may be completed through drafting support function. • Conducting design review presentations with key plant stakeholders for design approval. • Working with suppliers to source qualified components. • Obtaining quotations and generating project (work) orders and purchase requisitions for required materials and components. • Providing engineering assistance and coordinating with job shops and assembly departments to assure compliance with engineering design. • Assisting with the build and overseeing the installation of the automated system. • Commissioning and troubleshooting cell for initial production run. • Preparing maintenance and parts manuals, operation instructions, and recommended spare parts list. • Maintaining design archives as required.
