We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Mechanical Engineer to spearhead innovative engineering designs in our industrial and process projects. In this crucial role, you will: • Develop and review engineering designs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. • Conduct comprehensive site evaluations to align designs with specific location requirements. • Revise design specifications and enhance our technical knowledge management through detailed documentation and white papers. • Work collaboratively with the sales team to create compelling proposals for clients and prospects. • Ensure draft proposals meet regulatory standards and industry best practices. • Engage directly with clients to fully grasp their design requirements and represent our services at industry conferences. • Provide mentoring and technical support to junior engineers, promoting their professional development. • Oversee project efforts for less experienced engineers as necessary. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural, or Chemical Engineering, or related fields. • Professional Engineer (PE) license. • A minimum of 7 years of related experience. • Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally as needed for projects. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with EPC projects in the industrial/petrochemical sector. • Proficiency in design software such as CAESAR, Autodesk (AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit), and Bluebeam. • Ability to create Equipment Data Sheets, package specifications, and Technical Bid Tabs.
