Growth Opportunities: Advancement available within engineering and operations leadership Essential Duties/Responsibilities • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes (Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, etc.) • Collaborate with production teams to optimize line performance, reduce downtime, and improve throughput • Design, develop, and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives • Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process issues alongside maintenance and production personnel • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements through data analysis • Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility expansions • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards • Document engineering processes and maintain technical records • Support new product and process trials from concept to production scale-up Qualifications Education/Training/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or similar Engineering degrees. Optimize existing manufacturing plans to maximize production. Work directly with customers and suppliers to achieve effective manufacturing plans.
