Role Responsibilities: • Review documentation submitted by field production teams to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Communicate with branch managers and crew chiefs to address missing information and maintain quality standards. • Identify, track, and report negative trends in documentation processes. • Create fair and accurate estimates in a timely manner. • Liaise with insurance companies and adjusters as needed. • Assist in training technicians and management on the restoration process and estimate maximization. • Visit job sites and travel to additional locations as required.
