Responsibilities • Lead the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and controls. • Coordinate with crew members to ensure safe, clean, and code-compliant installations. • Communicate effectively with office staff, customers, and inspectors to keep projects on track. • Complete installation paperwork and ensure clean, customer-ready final setups. • Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
