Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Loving Air is in the need of an experienced a Customer Service Representative The position of a Customer Service Representative is to respond and assist in the resolution of customer concerns with exceptional customer service reflective of Loving Air’s values by ensuring that the first interaction with the customer exceeds their expectations in terms of service quality. Requirements for Customer Service Representatives are, but not limited to, the following: - Minimum of 3-5 years customer service-related experience; HVAC experience will be helpful. - Outbound Sales Experience (Cold Calling, Lead Generated List, Existing Customer List) needed. - Coordinate appointments for technicians at customer sites to maximize productivity and be the liaison between the company, technician and customer. Dispatching and Routing skills are a plus! - Data entry skills required - Meticulous attention to detail - Strong experience with all Microsoft Office Suites to including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Full-time position Monday – Friday between 7:30am – 4:30pm, however subject to change - Personable and customer-focused. Inventory Control Clerk

SUMMARY: Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked; attains maximum levels of profitability, customer service, and competitive positioning while minimizing expenses.
