HVAC Technician / Installer

Job description We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial settings. Duties: • Install HVAC systems following manufacturer's specifications • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components • Complete work orders and paperwork in a timely manner • Provide superior customer service during service calls • Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and service quality • Operate a vehicle • Leverage technology • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or relevant role • Certification or associate's degree from a technical college is a plus • Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and components, especially Trane and Mitsubishi systems • Knowledge of schematics and electrical diagrams • Ability to weld and braze copper tubing • Experience in field service, property maintenance, or equipment repair is beneficial • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is a plus Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, ongoing training, and a supportive work environment.
