Roles & Responsibilities • Performs all tasks in a safe and professional manner in conformance with plant rules, quality standards and company policies. • Performs work in the areas of mechanical maintenance, fabrication, welding, and assembly using sound maintenance practices designed to maintain desired equipment reliability. • Performs mechanical and electrical repairs to minimize interruption of production. Installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs electrical and mechanical equipment to keep the plant in continuous operation. Starts and stops mill motors, air compressors, fans, kilns, etc. as required. • Makes emergency, temporary or permanent mechanical repairs to cement plant machinery such as sprockets, chains, drives, scales, pumps, oil and water lines, etc. To troubleshoot, repair and perform regular preventative maintenance on all plant motors (Low and Medium Voltage), and other related equipment. • Must be fully conversant with Electrical symbols, reading single line diagrams, electrical prints, P&ID's and able to find the relevant sections of the code. Inspects all mechanical/electrical equipment in the assigned area, checking motor bearings, lubrication, commutation, excessive vibration, obvious signs of wear or need for adjustment, etc. • When faulty operation is observed or pointed out by operating crews, diagnose trouble using testing equipment or own judgment based on general knowledge of mechanical/electrical principles. • Advises when immediate shutdown of equipment is necessary to minimize damage, or when temporarily continued operation will have no harmful effect. • Interpret and analyze drawings and wiring diagrams to locate and trace electrical circuits, to determine material and replacement needs, and to select a logical approach to trouble shooting and repair problems. • Dismantles, cleans, repairs, replaces, installs, maintains, assembles and lubricates electrical equipment taking all safety precautions. Adjusts equipment to obtain proper operation characteristics. • Makes emergency or temporary repairs to equipment breakdowns. • Makes mechanical repairs as required in connection with the servicing of electrical equipment. Performs simple rigging as required. • Operates simple machine tools, such as drill press, portable drill, etc. Works with repair crews as directed on emergency breakdowns. • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening which may include a physical, background check, and drug screen. Electrical Technician- 2nd Shift

Position Summary The Electrical Technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment in the production facility and its support areas. Role and Responsibilities SECOND SHIFT -- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and equipment for voltages ranging from 120V to 480V (single and three-phase). -- Run and bend conduit (EMT, rigid, etc.) to support electrical installations. -- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams. -- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues with industrial equipment and control systems. -- Ensure all work meets NEC and OSHA safety standards. -- Perform lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance work. -- Coordinate with other maintenance staff and departments to minimize production downtime. -- Document work performed and maintain accurate records. -- All other duties as assigned. #LI-ONSITE Skills and Qualifications EDUCATION -- A high school diploma or GED is required. -- Associate's degree in a skilled trades field preferred. -- Electrical / Trade School certificate or equivalent work experience required. -- Valid electrician license or certification required. EXPERIENCE -- 3+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience required (manufacturing environment preferred). -- 10 or more years of relevant/related work experience required. KNOWLEDGE -- Strong understanding of NEC codes and industrial safety standards. -- Proficient in working with voltage systems up to 480V. -- Ability to read and work from electrical blueprints and schematics. -- Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions. -- Proficient with the use of shop equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and welders. SKILLS -- Must be able to read and write in English. -- Skilled in conduit installation and electrical panel work. -- Need to be able to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment. -- The ability to work with components that are in constant motion along an assembly line without adverse effects. -- The ability to work on a team of co-workers near each other. -- The ability to make timely decisions and provide feedback to each other. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -- All employees for all positions must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 lbs. and climb ladders. -- The ability to stand up for 8 to 10 hours a day, plus additional overtime as needed. Automation Electrical Technician

Overview Location: Newberry, FL Pay is dependent upon experience and will be discussed during the consideration process Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair, and maintain all plant electrical, instrumentation, and electronic equipment. Ensure the trouble-free operation of all environmental recording systems, such as gas analyzers and continuous emissions monitoring systems. Complete specific projects assigned by the supervisor. Roles & Responsibilities • Perform electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency call-outs for plant electrical equipment while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. • Achieve over 95% reliability on gas analyzers and over 99% on Continuous Emissions Monitors (CEMs), with documented calibration records for EPA compliance. Conduct annual RATA testing and stay updated on environmental regulations. • Update prints and documentation as needed and approve vendor documentation for new systems. Maintain and program Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Motor Protection Relays (Multilins), keeping records of all parameters. Read plans, drawings and manuals to aid in problem solving efforts. • Develop job plans for inspecting and maintaining plant weighing scales and impact flow meters, documenting all maintenance and calibration activities. Program small remote PLCs (Micrologics) as required. • Collaborate with team members, troubleshoot issues for maximum productivity, and report maintenance problems. Supervise or train contractors and generate work order requests, documenting history and problem-solving efforts to prevent future issues • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening which may include a physical, background check, and drug screen. Education: High school Diploma AA Degree in Automation Preferred Prior Experience in Electric Engineering/Automation Systems Required. Technical knowledge and certifications SAP.
