Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, fixtures, and other electrical components in commercial buildings. • Interpret and follow electrical plans, blueprints, and technical diagrams. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. • Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations. • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems to identify and resolve potential issues. • Collaborate with other construction professionals and trades to complete projects on time and within budget. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked. • Adhere to safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
