Title: Electrical - Team Member Reports To: Production Management Location: Greenwood, SC Job Title: Electrical Team Member Purpose: The Electrical Team Member is responsible for performing electrical tasks within the production team to ensure all systems meet BiltWise's high-quality standards. This includes the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems in the modular homes. The Team Member plays a critical role in ensuring all electrical components are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations before the homes are delivered to the site. Business Outcomes: • BiltWise homes leave the factory with fully operational and code-compliant electrical systems. • Electrical tasks are executed with precision and safety, contributing to the overall quality and craftsmanship of the homes. Essential Functions: • Assist in the installation and testing of electrical systems in modular homes, following plans and specifications, and ensuring safety standards are met. • Perform wiring, panel installation, lighting setups, and the integration of electrical components across the production process. • Troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring all systems function correctly before shipment. • Collaborate with team members and other departments (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, and finishing) to ensure the timely and coordinated completion of electrical work. • Adhere to all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the electrical work process. • Identify any defects or issues in the electrical systems and take corrective actions as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. • Continuously develop technical skills and stay informed about industry best practices to enhance work quality. Required Skills & Abilities: • Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry best practices, particularly in modular home construction. • Proficiency in using electrical tools, diagnostic equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments, fostering communication and teamwork. • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical issues quickly and effectively. • Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting equipment, working at heights, and working in confined spaces safely. Site Facilities Electrical Technician

The Site Facilities Electrical Technician is responsible for maintenance of site electrical infrastructure and electrical maintenance of Facility equipment such as Kathapacs. This will require hands on repairs to multiple systems including high voltage equipment. The position does carry a company cell phone for use on site as well as responding in emergency situations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on responsible equipment (includes but not limited to; Substation equipment, Infrared scanning of site panels, emergency lighting, etc.) • Perform reactive maintenance tasks on responsible equipment (Kathapacs, chillers, cooling towers, etc.) • Set up and program drives for facility equipment • Perform light controls work such as creating conductivity curves with instrument processors • Work from and modify technical prints and other documentation • Work with contractors on associated equipment for preventative maintenance, repairs, and/or continuous improvements. • Be able to work as a team member in a high pressure environment for extended periods of time. • Responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records on all equipment including single line drawings for the site. • Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly. • Must be able to work 40 hours a week, which may include weekends, holidays, etc. • Must be able to work additional hours/days as business needs dictate including any plant shutdowns. • Attendance in the plant site is considered an essential function • Initiate and/or execute safe work permits. Key Requirements: • Associate's degree and/or Advanced Electrical Experience of 5-10 yrs • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, particularly with high voltage equipment. • Ability to work 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays as needed, work additional hours/days based on business needs. • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. • Comprehensive knowledge of technical prints and documentation. • Outstanding organizational skills to maintain accurate records. Electrical Technician (Nights)
