Title: Electrical - Team Member Reports To: Production Management Location: Greenwood, SC Job Title: Electrical Team Member Purpose: The Electrical Team Member is responsible for performing electrical tasks within the production team to ensure all systems meet BiltWise's high-quality standards. This includes the installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems in the modular homes. The Team Member plays a critical role in ensuring all electrical components are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations before the homes are delivered to the site. Essential Functions: • Assist in the installation and testing of electrical systems in modular homes, following plans and specifications, and ensuring safety standards are met. • Perform wiring, panel installation, lighting setups, and the integration of electrical components across the production process. • Troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring all systems function correctly before shipment. • Collaborate with team members and other departments (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, and finishing) to ensure the timely and coordinated completion of electrical work. • Adhere to all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the electrical work process. • Identify any defects or issues in the electrical systems and take corrective actions as needed. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. • Continuously develop technical skills and stay informed about industry best practices to enhance work quality.
