The career opportunity for you: We are looking for Electricians and Top Helpers to work on industrial projects in the Gastonia , NC area. The ideal candidates have at least 1 year of industrial electrical experience. Duties may vary depending on experience level : • Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit, using such tools as saws, pipe threading machine, and conduit bender. • Pull wiring through conduit. • Connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment • Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels. • Connect power cables to equipment such as electric motors, and installs grounding leads. • Test continuity of circuitry of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components using testing Requirements: • 1 years of electrical experience working in industrial settings • Being able to accurately read blueprints and schematics ( Not a requirement for Helpers) • Have basic hand tools • Familiarity with NEC Standards and electrical codes • Reliable transportation • Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and carry at least 50lbs at a time For the Employee: Employee Stock Option Plan, Matching 401 -k, Medical, Dental, Vision (Medical premium paid 100% by the company for the employee) PTO, Paid Holidays, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance
