Position Job description Travel Required: 100% Summary of Primary Functions: Our Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment on various job sites. This role requires extensive travel to different locations to support construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety codes and industry standards. Duties include reading blueprints, wiring systems, troubleshooting electrical issues, and working closely with other trades to meet project timelines. Duties and responsibilities for our electrician includes, but is not limited to: • Work closely with our mechanical team and other skilled trade employees in the install and setup of industrial equipment/machinery. • Perform demolitions, new installations, modifications, and repairs of electrical systems, including interconnective machine wiring. • Install and run conduit, wiring, and equipment such as disconnects, switches, push buttons, circuit panels, breakers, suppressors, and transformers. • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PLC sensors and related components. • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues across various equipment. • Provide support with additional tasks as needed. Contacts (Internal and External): Internal and External. Requirements Job Specifications or Qualifications Education: High School Diploma preferred but not required. Certifications: 10-hour Construction OSHA required. Experience: • 4 years of directly related electrical experience in an industrial setting is required. • 1 year of Crane, Welding, Rigging, Conveyor Installation, and Theodolite experience is desirable but not required. • Experience in running and bending rigid conduit with precision and efficiency required. Key Competencies: • Hold a valid driver’s license, be capable of driving long distances of up to 10 hours and possess the ability to operate industrial lifts. • Strong mechanical aptitude and skills are required. • Ability to see and hear industrial equipment moving on the job site. • Capable of frequently lifting to 75 pounds throughout the workday. • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, squat, climb ladders, and work at heights for extended periods. • Comfortable working in extreme temperatures, ranging from over 100°F to below 10°F, while wearing all necessary safety PPE. • Willing to assist the job site team with tasks such as equipment installation and demobilization. • Must be able to work on energized circuits and equipment in compliance with safety policies. Plant Electrician

We are currently seeking Plant Electricians who will support plant operations through performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing and installing electrical equipment, electrical systems, and components while ensuring compliance to all local, state and federal electrical codes. Current openings could be on 1st (6:30AM – 2:30PM), 2nd (2:30PM – 10:30PM), or 3rd (10:30PM – 6:30AM) shifts Monday – Friday with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $33.31/hour with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts. (1200AC/240VAC/480VAC) • Knowledge of NFPA 70 Standard, OSHA Electrical Standard, Arc Flash compliance, Lock Out/Tag Out requirements and other safety procedures related to the job. • Demonstrated knowledge of basic electronics for troubleshooting and calibration of components and the National Electrical Code. • Demonstrated ability on how to use multi-meter, amprobe, oscilloscope and soldering station. • Working knowledge and current experience with single and 3-phase up to 440 volts. • Know how to use PLCs for troubleshooting purposes and programming of equipment. • Basic Knowledge of servo and stepper motors and drives. • Ability to use DOS and Windows applications effectively. • Ability to fashion and run electrical conduit using pipe benders and threaders. • Ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics and mechanical prints. • Ability to communicate and interact well with production crews and work together as a team member. • Basic mechanical aptitude and experience working on mechanical components of industrial equipment. • Strong attention to detail and good record keeping skills. • Safety & Quality minded with willingness for excellence required in all aspects of the job. • Must be able to work any shift, 12-hour shifts, evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
