What You’ll Do • Oversee electrical and lighting systems' general operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment. • Check, repair, and replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems. This includes valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes. • Assure that equipment is being maintained and operating in a safe manner. • Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules. • Provide efficient and reliable service to customers. • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. What You’ll Need • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience. Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred. • Master Electrician license helpful. • In depth knowledge of Electrical Line Drawings, Panel numbering, Breaker size ratings and trip settings. • In depth NFPA 70e requirements • Valid Driver's license is required. • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
