The Job Overview Our Solar Sales Associates are responsible for setting appointments for our solar team. Solar associates will be responsible for identifying potential clients and scheduling an appointment for a sales associate for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you. Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities an Energy Specialists is expected to assume: • Ensure each prospective client and potential customer has a positive experience with our company • Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role • Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue • Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments • Use designated applications to manage various aspects of the job • Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect • Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments • Complete required area sheets at the end of each day Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Below are the qualifications and skills that are expected of an Energy Specialists: • Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred • Exhibit excellent communication skills • Must be able to work independently • Ability to multitask • Ability to work at least 8 hours each day, 5 days per week • A positive attitude • A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers • Experience and willingness, working in a team environment • Excellent organization skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary Pay: $1,500.00 - $4,000.00 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: On the road

Duties & Responsibilities In this role, you will act as the face of Sunrun in a designated partner retail store, where you will make a significant impact on potential customers. Field Electrician - Solar and Tesla Powerwall Installation Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team, specializing in the installation and integration of Tesla Powerwall battery systems and Solar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential electrical work, with specific expertise in energy storage solutions. Job Responsibilities: • Installation of Tesla Powerwall systems: Install, test, and commission Tesla Powerwall home battery systems to meet safety and quality standards. • Electrical work: Perform general electrical tasks, including wiring, circuit breakers, grounding, and panel upgrades to accommodate the installation of Powerwall and other energy storage solutions. • System Integration: Work with customers to ensure seamless integration of Powerwall with solar panel systems, grid connections, and backup power configurations. • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Solar and Tesla Powerwall installations. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations meet local electrical codes, Tesla specifications, and safety standards. • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Documentation & Reporting: Complete and submit the necessary jobsite documentation, including saftey reports, installation reports, and customer feedback. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician, with a focus on residential electrical systems and energy storage solutions. Previous experience with Tesla Powerwall installation preferred, but not required. • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, including inverters, solar panels, energy storage solutions, and battery-based backup systems. • Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally. • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring work is completed safely and to specifications. • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), and work in confined spaces when needed. • Valid Driver’s License: Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites. This full-time role is eligible to participate in health (one plan is less than $25 per pay check!), dental, and vision insurance.
