As a Solar Installer, you will work with a crew to install residential and commercial solar systems, primarily on rooftops. Key Responsibilities: • Install solar panels and mounting hardware on residential and commercial rooftops • Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling solar racking systems • Work safely at heights and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment • Maintain a clean and organized job site • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors • Provide excellent customer service onsite Requirements: • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Previous experience in roofing, construction, or solar installation (1+ years) • Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders for extended periods • Able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude • Team player with good communication skills • Willingness to learn and grow with the company Additional Information: • This is an at-will position. • All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period.
