BrightOps is looking to find a motivated, talented PV Installer to join our team! We are looking for a team member who is comfortable working on roofs, someone who has basic carpentry skills, has good communication skills and is available to work overtime when necessary. Duties and Responsibilities: • Installing solar PV systems • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment • Arrive at job site at scheduled time • Act courteous and professional, respect the customers home • Work in all weather conditions • Climbing ladders and working at elevated heights of two or more stories • Must be comfortable harnessed on a roof - some roofs may be steep in pitch • Ability to climb ladders, comfortably lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and overhead • Knowledge and comfort with OSHA safety standards and strict adherence to company safety policies regarding fall protection, protective equipment, tailgate training and more • Maintaining a professional appearance and character on all job sites and with all customers and at all times • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • One year of solar installation experience preferred however, we are willing to train the right individual who may have the characteristics and skills we are looking for to fit in with our BrightOps team!
