SOLAR SENIOR FOREMAN – RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

SOLAR SENIOR FOREMAN – RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL Ventura, CA | Competitive Pay DOE | Full-Time Command the Job. Build Your Legacy. At Infinity Electric, we’re raising the standard when it comes to solar installation. With more than 16 years of electrical excellence behind us and a rapidly growing solar division, we’re building something different: a solar company that values long-term service over quick installs, and craftsmanship over volume. We’ve seen how “big solar” treats clients — rushed jobs, no follow-up, and no one to call when things go wrong. That’s not us. At Infinity, the relationship with our clients isn’t over after the panels go up — we back our work with a lifetime guarantee. Redefining customer expectations from a solar contractor is a big part of what we do, and that means bringing on people who take pride in getting it right the first time — and who are committed to leading this trade into a better future. We’re looking for a Solar Senior Foreman with a long history of hands-on solar and electrical work and the technical command that only comes from years of practical experience in the field. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Take complete ownership of residential and commercial solar installs — from interpreting plan sets and single-line diagrams to overseeing all the crew on the job. • Lead full installations of solar PV systems, battery backups (Tesla, Enphase, Franklin), and system commissioning. • Coordinate between field teams, clients and tradesmen, and ensure projects stay on time, on spec and budget, and on brand. • Maintain site safety standards and implement OSHA protocols. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with solar, battery, and electrical systems. • Communicate with PMs, engineers, and office staff to facilitate project flow from planning all the way through execution and beyond. • Assist with project design, specifically in creating efficient solar layouts tailored to each home and evaluating and determining the optimal system design based on site-specific factors. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • 10+ years of electrical and solar experience — with recent, hands-on work in the Solar and Battery backup industry and an up to date understanding of the trade, products and systems we use. Experience should cover a variety of types of projects and reflect knowledge gained from many years of work in the field. • Proven track record of project management from start to finish without supervision - running every aspect on site from A-Z through completion, including leading and overseeing the technicians and crew on-site and taking charge as needed. • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with all solar and battery storage systems — unassisted and without issues so that projects are finished on time. • Ability to read and understand complete single line diagrams and plan sets to take Projects directly from plans and to installation with an understanding of the technical aspects and variations without making errors or assumptions. • Expert-level knowledge of battery storage installation and configuration. We work primarily with Tesla, Enphase, Franklin and the ability to install and activate these systems, unassisted, safely and properly is one of the most important skills we seek. • Full understanding of solar installation from groundwork with Main Service Panels to roof work. Must be able to install footings, racking, and conduit on any roof or home type, as well as run conduit, pull wire, do attic runs, and mount electrical boxes. Also must be able to wire up all equipment from roof arrays to equipment on ground and work in main panels, sub panels, combiner boxes (Enphase) and Gateways (Tesla) or aGate (Franklin). • A complete understanding of residential and commercial electrical systems, code compliance, and best practices including conduit running, wire pulls, and system tie in experience. • Competence with commissioning solar and battery systems’ apps and software for major battery and inverter brands such as Tesla, SolarEdge, Enphase and Franklin, etc. • Extensive knowledge of all solar and ESS components and accessories used for installation - from the smallest rail lug to the Powerwall3. • Proper attitude and presentation. Infinity prides itself on the highest quality of work and part of that is the ability to communicate with our clients and other trades on site in a respectful, caring, and committed way. • OSHA certification preferred; insurable clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening required • Familiarity with PowerClerk for PTO processing is preferred. WHY INFINITY ELECTRIC? This isn’t just another solar outfit. Infinity Electric is a place to build your future. We’ve built a reputation for taking on the complex jobs others walk away from — and doing them right. As we grow, we’re committed to being the company that outlasts the short-timers, outperforms the big names, and brings honor back to this trade. You’ll be backed by a team that values your experience, supports your leadership, and rewards excellence with long-term opportunity. We don’t sub out jobs, cut corners, or leave clients hanging. We do it right, or we don’t do it at all. That’s how legacies are made. SOUND LIKE YOU? Apply now. We look forward to hearing why you’re ready to join us in raising the bar of expectations with a company that builds legacy, not just careers.
