Hold crew members accountable to following all company guidelines and procedures. Informing all appropriate parties of any potential obstacles that stand in the way of a successful completion. Responsibilities • Assist Construction Supervisors with weighing wire daily (request and return) • Verify all equipment is accurate and in good condition prior to leaving warehouse • Review plans and scope of work the day prior to installation to ensure the team is prepared • Upon arrival at the job site, Review the plan-set with the Homeowner. Discuss and confirm equipment location • Verify battery clearance before mounting (Windows, Doors, Soffit Vents, Crawl Space, Gas Line, Water Lines) • Battery Foreman responsible for all electrical equipment mounting • Complete Real Time Reviews throughout the day ( Morning, Midday, Afternoon) • Confirm commissioning of the battery is complete and all settings are done correctly • Complete and upload all required photos to sitecapture before departing the job site • Ensure all unused materials is returned and accounted for with appropriate job number Job Requirements • Report to corporate headquarters at 5:30am Monday – Friday (Saturdays when assigned) • Travel to and from job sites (mostly in southern California may change as company grows) • Maintain a continuous active plan and working cell phone • Ability to read building plans • 4 Years of experience in PV installations. • Tesla Powerwall Certified • SolarEdge Battery Certified • Enphase Battery Certified • First Aid and CPR Certified • OSHA 10 Certification • Guyou Construction is a dynamic, production-based business that from time to time will require work to be completed on Saturday and/or Sunday.
