Solar Project Specialist

LGCY Solar Installation Services is seeking highly motivated industry specialists to join our growing team of elite solar professionals. In the Project Specialist role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting a high volume of applications and claims ensuring compliance with all relevant utility guidelines and agreements. PROJECT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: • Proactively review applications to ensure required information is provided to maintain quality and efficiency throughout the application process, and follow up with customer as needed • Identify common issues and develop suitable solutions and processes • Address incoming inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner • Update notes in an internal database and spreadsheets for all related tasks and manages project status changes • Follow up on inquiries about project status in a timely, efficient, and professional manner • Email and phone communication with colleagues and utilities to ensure projects move smoothly • Conduct web research and phone inquiries to analyze and document utility processes for various utilities and jurisdictions • Proactively contact utilities on that status of projects and get clarification on utility requirements • All other duties as assigned PROJECT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year of relevant experience is required • Ability to work Monday through Friday • Excellent customer service skills • Must be able to multitask and prioritize • Exceptional attention to detail • Exemplary communication skills • Alternate sitting or standing at will • Crouching or bending PREFERRED SKILLS: • Previous experience in the solar industry is a plus • Spanish speaking is preferred, but not required WHAT WE OFFER: • Competitive pay scale for this non-exempt position is slated to be $17 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, licensing and education (Pay scale is defined by the labor commissioner as the salary of hourly wage range that an employee reasonably expects to pay for the position) • Competitive compensation with bonus potential • 8 paid holidays • Attractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage • Generous 401(k) option with employer match • Opportunity for career development and advancement with a rapidly growing company • High-energy, fun, and friendly culture • Flexible PTO LGCY Power is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace. Solar Permit Runner

About This Role: The Permit Runner will be responsible for timely retrieval of permits at the county and city level. The Permit Runner accomplishes this by working closely with the project teams and city and county agencies, to proactively identify requirements and potential roadblocks, and facilitate resolutions so projects remain on schedule. Solar Construction Superintendent

Job Title: Solar Site Superintendent Job Description We are looking for an experienced Solar Site Superintendent to lead a high-impact commercial solar installation in Ontario, California. This role requires a proactive leader with proven experience in rooftop and carport solar projects, interconnection knowledge, and an excellent sense of safety and scheduling. You will serve as the on-site coordinator, ensuring seamless operations, compliance with safety standards, and effective communication between subcontractors and stakeholders. Responsibilities • Maintain a daily on-site presence to manage operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols. • Conduct and enforce daily safety briefings in accordance with OSHA standards. • Coordinate with the site host and subcontractors for deliveries, crane scheduling, and material handling. • Ensure site cleanliness and operational safety are maintained consistently. • Schedule and lead coordination meetings with foresight and urgency. • Report project progress and issues to stakeholders and subcontractors. • Use Procore, transitioning to another platform, for documentation and reporting. • Ensure timely execution of interconnection work and shutdowns. Essential Skills • 3+ years of experience managing rooftop solar installations. • Strong understanding of inverters and interconnection points. • Comfortable with construction tech platforms such as Procore. • Ability to manage fast-paced schedules and meet tight deadlines. • OSHA 30 Certification (preferred). Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience managing subcontractors in commercial scale projects. • Local-based candidates preferred for ease of site access. • No physical labor required, but hands-on site oversight is necessary.
