Trillium Construction is now seeking Solar Installers for a project in Oakland Scope of work is the installation and wire management of racking systems and solar panels. Also carrying cinder blocks to secure the racking system down and jobsite cleanup. Significant labor work, outdoors. Hours are Monday-Friday, working 40 hours per week. The salary range for this full-time position is $90,000–$110,000, plus stock options and benefits. Civil Project Engineer As Civil/Structural Project Engineer, you will own the design and engineering of the mechanical, structural, geotechnical, and civil aspects of Planted Solar’s projects, ranging in size from distributed generation (DG) to utility scale. You will support solar site design, specifically focused on the structural, civil, and geotechnical disciplines, while balancing optimization of energy production, schedule, and labor and material costs. This role is a key interface with customers, independent engineers, and permitting agencies to ensure Planted projects meet all civil and structural engineering requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with talented engineering and business teams with a high degree of empowerment and autonomy. The annual salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 – $135,000 plus stock options and benefits. Electrical Project Engineer As Electrical Project Engineer, you will own the electrical design and engineering for Planted Solar’s projects, ranging in size from distributed generation (DG) to utility scale. You will be responsible for the development of design documents, including electrical layouts, block diagrams, electrical system calculations, and one-line diagrams. You will be responsible for optimizing site design while balancing energy production, schedule, and material and labor costs. You will build and maintain CI pipelines for desktop apps and HIL testing that provide fast feedback, reproducible builds, and traceable artifacts. You are a software generalist who moves comfortably between UI polish, performance profiling, test automation, and backend integrations to keep the team unblocked. This role offers plenty of room for growth, whether you’re interested in data infrastructure, backend services, or diving deeper into core robot telemetry and logic.
