The Lead Solar Technician is responsible for leading, supervising, and mentoring field crews in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The Lead Solar Technician will work closely with other team members, including electricians, engineers, and project managers, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and according to safety regulations.
