We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to assist the Construction team in maintaining equipment supply levels (ordering, stocking/organizing), receiving, and installation preparation (collecting, organizing and packing the specific equipment for each project). POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead warehouse inventory management and organization (includes ordering and receiving equipment) • Maintain a clean and professional warehouse • Lead in preparing equipment for Installations (with support from Solar Installation Supervisors when available) • Responsible for unloading and reorganizing of tools and supplies after installations • Manage detailed inventory management in Salesforce CRM database • Responsible for receiving • Assist with or lead in ordering equipment and inventory level management • Assist installations of solar electric systems with crews of volunteers and/or job trainees • Make equipment pickups and deliveries Other responsibilities may include hardware store runs, answering homeowner and volunteer questions, talking to media and generally participating in activities necessary to make solar happen for low-income families.
