## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels on rooftops and ensuring the efficient operation of solar energy systems. ## Responsibilities - Install solar panels on residential or commercial rooftops following blueprints and schematics. - Connect panels to electrical systems and perform voltage testing using a voltmeter. - Assist in the assembly and installation of racking systems for solar panels. - Work with power tools, hand tools, and forklifts to complete installations safely and efficiently. - Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues. - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. ## Qualifications - Previous experience in solar panel installation or related field preferred. - Knowledge of electrical systems, high voltage, and commercial electrician practices. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. - Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and a forklift. - Familiarity with voltages and conducting voltage testing using a voltmeter. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work at heights on rooftops.
