You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners—responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying opportunities, and presenting solutions ranging from diagnostics to upgrades and long-term subscription plans. You don’t need to be an electrician, but you should be comfortable discussing technical home services (solar, roofing, HVAC, electrical, or related trades). You’ll focus on quickly responding to inbound leads, building rapport with homeowners, and confidently converting service inquiries into booked jobs. As you grow, you’ll take on more complex scopes, positioning yourself for future advancement in sales or service leadership. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement • Respond quickly to inbound homeowner inquiries. • Qualify service opportunities and present solutions (diagnostics, cleaning, inverter/battery swaps). • Confidently present pricing, financing, and subscription options. • Quote and present add-on services, when appropriate (e.g., add-on batteries or expansions). Operational Support • Schedule technicians efficiently. • Confirm customer availability, expectations, and any site-prep requirements. • Prepare scopes and estimate templates. • Handle inverter RMAs and coordinate warranty logistics.
