Position Overview We’re seeking a Solar Project Manager with proven field experience to oversee residential and commercial solar installations. This is a leadership role you’ll coordinate crews, and vendors, manage project timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact from kickoff to close-out. Key Responsibilities • Plan, schedule, and manage residential and commercial solar installation projects from start to PTO. • Lead field teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence. • Review engineering plans, permitting requirements, and utility interconnection details. • Coordinate with AHJs, inspectors, and utilities to keep projects moving. • Track project milestones and provide regular status updates to internal teams and clients. • Maintain documentation and ensure projects meet compliance, code, and company standards. Qualifications • 3+ years of project management experience in solar installation • Understanding of PV systems, interconnection processes, permitting, and AHJ requirements. • Strong organizational and communication skills able to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders. • Proficiency with project management software, CRM platforms, and job tracking tools.
