Experience • Previous experience managing and leading 3/4 man crews to efficiently complete residential roof and ground projects • Previous experience in construction or electrical work is preferred, especially in roles involving roofing or plumbing tasks. • Familiarity with ENPHASE microinverter/battery systems. • Familiarity with using voltmeters and other electrical testing equipment is advantageous. • Experience as a residential electrician or in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents related to solar installations is beneficial. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. • Ability to do main panel upgrades with assistance. • Candidate bringing own tools/vehicle is highly preferred. • Willingness to commute within a 2 hour radius with fuel reimbursement.
