Overview We are currently seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will play a crucial role in the installation and integrity of the solar energy systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the renewable energy industry and contribute to a sustainable future. This is a full time position with overtime that will require out of town/overnight travel. You must be willing to be out of town 3-4 days a week. You must have a proven track record of solar installations and have Enphase and/or Tesla Battery Certs. We are hiring for multiple roles, including: • Solar Installer • Battery Technician (ESS Tech) • Roof Lead • Foreman These are fast-paced, performance-driven positions focused on executing same-day residential solar + battery installations with precision and urgency. If you're not already operating at a journeyman-level pace and quality, this is not the role for you. We are building an elite crew — not average installers.
