Refrigerated Dedicated Owner Operator We are seeking a skilled Refrigerated Dedicated Owner Operator to join our team. As an owner operator, you will be responsible for hauling refrigerated freight on a dedicated route, working closely with our dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of goods. This fleet's drivers primarily operate in the Midwest region, including Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, Illinois, North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, and West Virginia. Our trucks are equipped with top-of-the-line features that provide a safe and comfortable driving experience. • $800 Orientation Pay: A one-time payment made to new drivers as an incentive for joining our team. • Availability Incentive Pay: Drivers who are available to haul loads for six days or more per week qualify for this bonus. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed as an owner operator, you will need: • 6 months of recent tractor trailer driving experience. • No more than 2 accidents and tickets combined in the past 12 months. • No major tickets in the past 24 months. • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary permits.
