Education and Experience: • High School diploma or GED required. • Working towards associate degree in applied industrial science or mechanical field, or trade school diploma in a related field preferred. • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing industry in a similar role required. • Journeyman certification preferred. Desired Profile: • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and professional digital communication. • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple/changing priorities. • Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and use all channels of communication. • Willingness to work 12-hour rotating day shifts (including weekends and holidays), be on-call, and work overtime as needed. • Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
