Mechanical Equipment Specialist

Equipment Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be able to maintain and repair a wide range of equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing rental equipment orders, conducting inspections, disassembling and reassembling electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, performing routine preventative maintenance and operating forklifts to transport equipment. • Prepare rental equipment orders and conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Disassemble, troubleshoot, repair and reassemble various types of equipment including electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. • Operate forklifts to load and unload delivery vehicles and transport equipment within the warehouse as part of daily operations. Additionally, the candidate will drive company vehicles to transport rental orders in a safe and timely manner. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Heavy Equipment Operator • Job Summary • The primary function of the Heavy Equipment Operator is to operate and maintain heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. • This includes operating dozers, backhoes, cranes, and rubber tire loaders, as well as performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition. • Effective communication with supervisors and coworkers is essential for promoting teamwork and practicing safe working habits. Key Responsibilities: • Operate and maintain heavy or specialized equipment including dozers, backhoes, cranes, and rubber tire loaders. • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on heavy or specialized equipment. • Maintain the proper appearance and cleanliness of equipment. • May perform labor duties as needed. • Communicate effectively with supervisor throughout the job process. • Basic mechanical knowledge is required to troubleshoot simple mechanical failures. • Practices safe working habits at all times. • Ensures working conditions are safe and that proper PPE is being used as job duties require. • Safely drives, operates, and maintains CDL A required vehicles and equipment. • Follows DOT regulations ensuring proper permits and driving regulations are followed. • Proactively communicates with foreman, superintendent and coworkers. • Promotes teamwork that increases productivity and efficiency. • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Electrical Engineer - Manufacturing (35774)

An international steel product manufacturing company is currently searching for an Electrical Engineer to join their facility in the Steubenville, OH area. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing and familiarity with industrial processes and machinery. This is a full-time, direct hire position. Electrical Engineer Responsibilities Include: • Conduct set-up, installation, and maintenance on industrial automation equipment and electrical controls • Analysis of equipment functions to improve efficiency and reduce machinery downtime • Research and implement potential new equipment for manufacturing • Collaborate with other departments regarding projects and process improvement initiatives • Assist with maintenance training and creating work instructions • Creation of activity reports and documentation for upper management • Other duties as assigned Electrical Engineer Requirements Include: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred, OR equivalent work experience • Minimum 2-3 years’ process, industrial, electrical and / or controls engineering experience (including internships, co-ops, etc.) in a manufacturing environment preferred • Good familiarity with PLC programming and troubleshooting, and electromechanical maintenance functions • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, electrical schematics, and maintenance documents • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Strong communication and collaboration ability in a multicultural environment • This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
