This is a long-term career opportunity—we are not looking for consultants. You will work closely with shop personnel and engineering teams to interpret designs, create customer approval drawings, and manage project materials. Key Responsibilities • Review, plan, and estimate time for projects • Create customer approval drawings • Layout, design, and detail CAD drawings • Prepare requisitions for purchasing parts • Collaborate with shop personnel to interpret engineering designs • Develop project bills of material • Quote drawings Must-Have Qualifications • Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Design (or equivalent experience) • 0–4+ years drafting experience, including sheet metal fabrication • 0–2+ years in switchgear or sheet metal design and CAD Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, OH.
