Now Hiring: Production Technician Location: Hudson, WI Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience level Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm Employment Type: Full time, trial to hireAbout this Opportunity: As a Production Technician, you will assist in setting up and operating specialized laser and mechanical equipment in a process development or limited production environment. This role may also include equipment setup for repeat work, training others, basic preventive maintenance, documenting process data, and occasionally operating as a Laser Operator depending on workload.What You'll Be Doing: Operate and set up laser systems and industrial equipment to meet production standards Perform simple to complex part inspections using precision tools Document processes, production data, and inspection results Support production start-up by generating documentation, evaluating equipment, and participating in safety assessments Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and escalate when necessary Conduct process demonstrations for clients and assist with training new employees Adapt and develop new methods or solutions when facing production challenges Maintain high attention to quality and safety throughout all processesWhat makes you a great fit: A minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing environment. We're seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries operate at peak performance. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment for our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will help prevent equipment failures, minimize downtime, and support the seamless operation of our world-class culinary team.
