The Manufacturing Engineering Analyst will play an integral role in the implementation of ERP systems and development of best practices for method of manufacturing management. The analyst will be the subject matter expert for the manufacturing engineering process in EPICOR and be responsible for training and supporting engineers across the company in best practices and in the use of ERP systems. This position involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to implement changes. Responsibilities • Partner with Planning, Master Data, and Cost Accounting SMEs to define best practices in method of manufacturing set ups and updates. • Define, configure, test, and deploy best practice solutions for method management, including BOMs, Routings, and Operations/Resource Groups. • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of manufacturing • engineering processes, procedures, and system configurations. • Provide training to Manufacturing Engineers for existing and new processes. • Analyze, research, and resolve requests submitted by the business, using existing technologies and ensuring the solution is aligned with company goals. • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement within method management, including program changes/fixes for existing reports and dashboards. • Support ERP integrations, enhancements and upgrades through design and development, testing, and deployment. • Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering, supply chain or costing experience with focus on method/routing and BOM development. • Detailed understanding of production standards and development of job costs. • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows. • Proficiency with Microsoft applications. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify root causes. • Ability to determine priorities and handle multiple tasks. ERP System Experience Required.
