Job Title: Mechanical AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and wiring various components on trailers according to blueprints and company guidelines. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, productivity, and teamwork.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints to determine appropriate accessories to attach.Assemble, install, and wire trailer lights.Install license plate and VIN labels.Assemble, install, and wire brakes and battery boxes.Assemble and install hitches and safety chains.Install tires per axle specifications on blueprints.Mount gensets to trailers according to blueprints and company guidelines.Secure and wire gensets to trailers per blueprints and company guidelines.Maintain a clean and organized work station.Meet and exceed company expectations for productivity and quality.Maintain excellent attendance records.Promote teamwork and effective communication within the team.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.Experience with assembly line work.Skills in mechanical assembly and wiring.Ability to use hand tools effectively.Knowledge of basic keyboard, mouse, and 10-key operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with preparing, installing, wiring, and attaching lights, labels, safety stickers, brakes, wheels, axles, hitches, safety chains, and toolboxes to trailers.Ability to mount generators to trailers per company expectations and blueprint directions.Capability to test trailer specifics according to company and client directions.Why Work Here?Join our dynamic team where quality, productivity, and teamwork are highly valued. Assembly Operations Specialist

Job Description This position performs various assembly-related operations involving electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical components, sub-assemblies and final assembly levels. Key Responsibilities: • Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, lift assist devices, material moving equipment as appropriate. • Work at a variety of workstations and on a variety of products. • Retrieve parts from a variety of heights including floor or overhead. • Read and comprehend drawings, work-aids and safety documents. • Practice good safety and housekeeping skills, including active participation in 5S program and Continuous Improvement activities. • Periodically work with materials designated as potentially hazardous. Safety Data Sheets are on file and regularly reviewed. • Conduct preventive maintenance as appropriate.
