As an Electro-Mechanical Service Technician, you will be part of the technical support team, providing essential service and maintenance to enhance the efficiency of dairy farming technology. Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Service Technician Location: Bloomer, WI Pay Range: $26 - $32.50 per hour based on experience What's the Job? • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage service tickets to ensure timely resolutions. • Conduct on-farm service calls and installations, providing hands-on support to customers. • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records for invoicing and parts tracking. • Perform preventative maintenance checks and ensure all units are functioning optimally. • Collaborate with production teams to assemble and install electrical and mechanical components. What's Needed? • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electromechanical or mechatronic systems. • 2-4 years of experience in field service, diagnostics, and hands-on repair work. • Strong documentation skills and proficiency in data entry into software databases. • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and familiarity with PLC and HMI control systems. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
