Electro Mechanical Service Technician

Our client, a leader in the dairy industry, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Service Technician to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Service Technician, you will be part of the technical support team, providing essential service and maintenance to enhance the efficiency of dairy farming technology. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Service Technician Location: Bloomer, WI Pay Range: $26 - $32.50 per hour based on experience What's the Job? • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage service tickets to ensure timely resolutions. • Conduct on-farm service calls and installations, providing hands-on support to customers. • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records for invoicing and parts tracking. • Perform preventative maintenance checks and ensure all units are functioning optimally. • Collaborate with production teams to assemble and install electrical and mechanical components. What's Needed? • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electromechanical or mechatronic systems. • 2-4 years of experience in field service, diagnostics, and hands-on repair work. • Strong documentation skills and proficiency in data entry into software databases. • Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and familiarity with PLC and HMI control systems. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
